MEDICAL PROGRAM

Many vulnerable people struggle to access healthcare because they cannot afford medicine or travel to clinics and hospitals. Through our Medical Program, Wirkung Health Uganda brings essential healthcare, screening, treatment, and health education directly to communities where it is needed most.

‎Working with healthcare professionals, community leaders and local clinics, we provide compassionate care while helping people access further support when needed.

‎ What We Do.

1. ‎HIV Testing & Counselling. Testing, counselling, health education and stigma reduction.

2. Malaria Testing & Prevention.

   Testing, treatment, prevention education and mosquito-net distribution.

3. Basic Medical Care.

   Support for illnesses, infections, wounds and other common health concerns.

4. Maternal Health Support.

   Distribution of mama kits and basic prenatal care.

5. Health & Hygiene Education.

   Education on hygiene, disease prevention, cleanliness and healthy practices.

6. Essential Supplies.

   Distribution of mosquito nets and reusable sanitary pads to vulnerable communities and school-going girls.
